All-New 4xe Hybrid Powertrain

But perhaps the biggest change for the 2022 Grand Cherokee is the introduction of an all-new hybrid powertrain. The new 4xe options pairs a 2.0L gas turbo engine with two electric motors, delivering a huge combined 375 horsepower and 470lb-ft to the advanced all-wheel drive. According to Jeep, this configuration boasts an all-electric range of up to 40km, alongside a highly attractive fuel economy rating of just 4.1L / 100km.
